Since the formation of RPS in 1992 it has handled transactions involving over 10,000 beds or assisted living units. These transactions totaled in excess of $500 million. Prior to that with a similar firm, its principal handled long-term care transactions in excess of $125 million. These transactions have ranged from the sale of a 35 bed CON to a $95 million multi-facility transaction.

RPS works nationwide, but we don't pretend to have the answer for every situation. If we don't have the answer, we will let you know quickly and possibly recommend someone who can. We have successfully completed transactions in over 16 states and worked in every state in the continental US.
